Privacy policy

Balcore Systems (Frankfurt am Main, Germany) operates the FoamSync website, the order bot, and the licence service. The lawful basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance — issuing and validating a licence you purchased) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — running the licence service and preventing abuse).

What we collect

• Hardware ID (16-character hex) — needed to bind the licence to your machine.
• Email address — for invoice and key delivery.
• Company name and country — for invoicing and VAT compliance.
• Telegram chat ID — when you order through the @FoamSync_bot.
• Activation timestamps — stored as part of your licence record.
• Diagnostic exports — only the files you explicitly attach and send via the support flow.

What we don't collect

• Your designs, G-code, SVGs or any cutting data — they never leave your machine.
• Machine telemetry (cuts/min, material usage, etc.) — not measured server-side.
• Third-party analytics or tracking scripts — none on this website.
• Cookies for advertising or profiling.

Retention

• Invoice and order data — retained as required by German tax law (typically 10 years).
• Diagnostic bundles you send to support — retained 90 days, then automatically deleted.
• Activation records — retained for the active life of the licence plus 2 years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, restrict or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority of your member state.
